本標準規定了煙草特征性成分生物堿(煙堿、N-甲基假木賊堿、降煙堿、麥斯明、假木賊堿、β-二烯煙堿、新煙草堿、2,3'-聯(lián)吡啶、β-二烯降煙堿、可替寧)的氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用和氣相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜測定方法。
