本標準規定了中華人民共和國口岸及相關(guān)地點(diǎn)代碼的編碼原則、代碼結構和代碼。
本標準不包括我國香港特別行政區、澳門(mén)特別行政區及臺灣省的口岸及相關(guān)地點(diǎn)代碼。
本標準適用于國際貿易活動(dòng)中涉及的數據交換和信息處理。
