本標準規定了電磁屏蔽材料導電性能和金屬材料搭接阻抗測量要求、測試系統要求、測試系統的校準和有效性確認、測量方法。
電磁屏蔽材料可以包括，但不限于導電泡棉、簧片、金屬絲網(wǎng)、導電布、導電橡膠（屏蔽體本身除外）等。
