本文件規定了船體和螺旋槳性能變化測量的一般原則，并規定了用于船體和螺旋槳的維護、修理和改裝活動(dòng)的性能指標。
本文件規定的一般原則和性能指標適用于由傳統的固定螺距螺旋槳驅動(dòng)的所有船舶類(lèi)型，其目的是測量同一艘船舶的船體和螺旋槳性能隨時(shí)間推移而發(fā)生的變化。
