本文件規定了在電氣絕緣系統（EIS）的熱評定診斷試驗中增加因子的多因子評定程序。增加因子（除熱以外的其他因子）的示例如下：
——強振動(dòng)；
——浸沒(méi)于油、水或溶液中；
——試驗電壓高于基準EIS的試驗電壓；
——強冷沖擊。
