本標準規定了用電磁（渦流）技術(shù)測定非鐵磁性金屬電導率的方法。
本標準適用于可直接讀取電導率數值的儀器，不適用于不能提供直接電導率讀數的渦流儀器。
本標準適用于無(wú)涂層或帶薄非導電涂層的平面或微曲面金屬。
本標準可用于金屬分選，影響分選結果的因素包含合金種類(lèi)、時(shí)效、冷變形、熱處理、非均勻受熱或過(guò)熱以及腐蝕等。
