本標準給出了中等熱環(huán)境中的人的整體熱感覺(jué)和不舒適程度（熱不滿(mǎn)意度）的預測方法。標準給出認為可接受的整體熱舒適和局部不舒適的環(huán)境條件，通過(guò)計算PMV和PPD指數，以及局部熱舒適準則對熱舒適性進(jìn)行分析測定和解釋。
