本文件規定了用于海上滾裝船運輸的道路車(chē)輛上系固設施及系固點(diǎn)型式及布置要求、標記方法、標識與標牌要求。本文件適用于N2、N3和O3、O4類(lèi)車(chē)輛(不包括半掛車(chē))及其組成的汽車(chē)列車(chē)，用于水上滾裝船運輸的車(chē)輛可參照執行。本文件不適用于半掛車(chē)及僅具有牽引功能的專(zhuān)用車(chē)輛，也不適用于僅為交付而利用滾裝船運送的空載商用車(chē)。
