2010年2月總第211期A(yíng)nalysis of Creativity and Innovation江蘇大豐市彩虹貿易發(fā)展有限公司何瑪中國熱帶農業(yè)科學(xué)院徐惠敏摘要:創(chuàng )新與變革是企業(yè)在當今全球化信息時(shí)代生存發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵之策,它能使傳統行業(yè)起死回生,它是新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的制勝法寶。革新為企業(yè)創(chuàng )造了財富,為社會(huì )創(chuàng )造了價(jià)值,管理學(xué)大師彼得德魯克認為,人類(lèi)的革新活動(dòng)本身就創(chuàng )造了資源。不僅是科學(xué)家和企業(yè)家致力于科技和產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng )新,社會(huì )學(xué)家和學(xué)者們也熱衷于研究社會(huì )變革所推動(dòng)的社會(huì )進(jìn)步。同時(shí),個(gè)人創(chuàng )造力和集體創(chuàng )新能力的相互影響和制約關(guān)系也是管理者關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,即如何在組織中形成個(gè)人與集體的創(chuàng )新能力的合力。本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹分析了創(chuàng )新與變革在學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域中的一- 些基本概念和理論,并論述如何構建集體創(chuàng )新能力。對研究企業(yè)管理和從事市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)工作的人士可以提供理論和實(shí)踐.上的參考和借鑒。關(guān)鍵詞:創(chuàng )新 創(chuàng )造力變革想象力發(fā)散性思維集體創(chuàng )新能力合力比Introductioninnovation as a series of intersecting circles (ee Figure 1), whereStated it simply, creativity ,is to make something new.
